Cancer Care Centers
GO2’s Centers of Excellence (COE) program fosters and promotes the highest-quality early detection and treatment standards in lung cancer across a national network of local community hospitals, clinics, and academic and VA medical centers.
The COE designations are built on evidence and incorporate clinical guidelines, best practice standards, and published data.
GO2 for Lung Cancer identifies hospitals that meet rigorous qualifying criteria and works closely with hospital staff at these Cancer Care Centers to ensure the highest quality of care with a patient-centric approach. Meeting the criteria for Centers of Excellence in Cancer Care puts COE member hospitals on par with leading academic and research institutions and provides patients with access to the latest innovations across the lung cancer care continuum not typically found in community hospitals.
